The good thing about the growth of downtown Boulder is that no matter what service you need done, it is (at most) just a short car ride away. The following is a collection of services for those who are new in town, or for tourists who need to get something done while on their vacation.
Need an alteration done? Lai's Alteration can handle that. If you need dry cleaning services, you have two options in the city, Art Cleaners Inc. and The Cleaners in Boulder. If you just need a new outfit, there are more apparel stores then you could ever shop in during a day’s time. Are you feeling a little worn out or under the weather? A massage at Massage Specialist or at the spa in the St. Julien Hotel should fix you up. A visit to FlatIron Athletic Club, One Boulder Fitness, or Crossfit Roots might also help cheer you up.
In case of an emergency, Boulder Community Hospital is located at 1100 Balsam Street, which is outside downtown, but not a far drive away. An eye care specialist can be found at Envision on Pearl Street. If emergency dental work needs to be done, then Studio One Dental, or Walter S. Davis’s office on Canyon Boulevard, will be able to assist.
What if you urgently need a tattoo? Then head over to Enchanted Ink located on Pearl Street. If a hair-makeover is what you are after, then Voodoo Hair Lounge, Roger the Barber, Pompadours Hair Salon, and Sunburst Salon are all located on the famous Pearl Street.
Places to cater your big event in Downtown Boulder include A Spice of Life Catering, “Dish”, and Paradise Bakery. Need somewhere to enhance your knowledge free of charge? Check out the Boulder public Library, the Carnegie Library, or the Christian Science Reading Room.
As you can clearly see, Downtown Boulder can meet and exceed all of your needs. Almost any service you could ask for is right around the corner!
